Synopsis: Cartman tries to achieve his dream, being a NASCAR driver, and do try to be so poor and stupid as the fans, in their attempt to see a commercial for a cleaning of the vagina that has side effects from either the product then the company will sponsor the race and gets you closer to your goal, Kenny meanwhile Cartman is furious because her look stupid and poor to all fans.
